There are four bedrooms. Three are on the main level; one is a king size the other two are Queen size. One is in the loft, 2 single beds and 1 pullout futon. There are two bathrooms. One is a three piece with shower; the other is a three piece with tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms include the following:

Amenities: Our Muskoka Cottage is well equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, telephone, tv, DVD, CD, spacious deck, dock, patio furniture, outdoor campfire pit, canoe/kayak/laser sailboat/paddle boat and some lifejackets.

General Info: Television, satellite, DVD, CD, telephone, heating, water cooler, washer, dryer, firewood for fire pit.

Kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans, kitchen linens, vacuum and cleaning supplies.

Outdoor: Deck with glass rail, patio furniture, lounges, hammock, campfire pit, gas bbq, volleyball net (badminton), horse shoes.

Waterfront & Swimming: There is a level to gradual sloping path from the cottage to the south facing dock and deck area at the water’s edge. Sandy shore and wade in shallow water, walk out to deeper water for swimming by the cedar raft. Waterfront size 155ft. Please note there is no launch ramp on lake or marina. This area Includes lifejackets, canoe, paddleboat, kayak, laser sail boat, dock, swimming raft.
